I wanted to add these two links to my links page:

http://jquery.com/ http://www.talentboom.com/resource_tour.php

the first was because I just wondered if maybe james / harman / francois .. either knew about this? or wanted to check it out.

The second was more for Mike and James because I liked the look and feel of it a lot and it has a lot of the same functionality that we’re going for, applied in a unique way.

Currently the Links page is really a “CMS” thing, a way to add a /links “public” page.

However in good web20 fashion, and as the above example just now illustrates…

really a links module should be both personal / shareable and part of the whole permission structure so that you can assign visibility to links on your page ( but only to that person permissioned to view it so your links page would be part of the links directory … made up of several different parts (public / private /shared//)

With al the del.icio.us knock off’s out there this must be something that’s been done before but…when we get there, we should do it right.
